Overview

At TTA ACADEMY we want you to be confident in every purchase. This Refund Policy explains when, how and to whom refunds are issued for our training programs, memberships and consultations.

How Refund Requests Are Reviewed

Refund requests are reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis. We look at the timing of the request, how much of the training or service has been delivered, and the reason provided.

To request a refund, email us at ttallmhelp@gmail.com from the address on your account, including your order ID and a short explanation. We may ask a few follow-up questions before deciding.

Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are normally processed within 30 days of approval, or within another timeframe as mutually agreed between both parties in writing.

Payment Method for Refunds

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for payment — the same bank account, credit / debit card, UPI or wallet wherever technically possible. If the original payment method is closed or unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternate method as permitted by law and by our payment processors.

Items That May Not Be Eligible for Refund

The following items may not be eligible for a refund, either in whole or in part:

Training already completed or a substantial portion consumed
Live classes, workshops or webinars already attended
Consultations or 1:1 mentorship sessions already provided
Digital content, downloads or resources already accessed
Certificates already issued

Non-Delivery or Service Failure

If we fail to deliver the training or service you paid for through no fault of your own, you may request a full refund of the amount actually paid to TTA ACADEMY.

Chargebacks

Please contact us at ttallmhelp@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are happy to resolve issues directly and quickly and this typically avoids fees and delays for both sides.
