Is OneForma a legitimate platform?

Yes — it's a real crowdsourced contributor platform with an official site (oneforma.com) and its own certification and project-matching process.

OneForma's own site doesn't name a parent company anywhere we could find. Third-party business sources report it as connected to Pactera EDGE (rebranded Centific in 2023) — treat this as unconfirmed until verified against an official OneForma or Centific statement.

Do I need to pass an exam to join?

OneForma's official process includes a 'Get Certified' step — validating your expertise through their own GenAI certifications — before you're matched to projects. Individual project pages we checked didn't spell out an additional project-specific exam.

How much does OneForma pay?

Not publicly disclosed for any of the three projects we checked in detail. Pay is calculated per hour or per approved unit of work, but the exact rate is only shown after you select your specific project and language/locale — OneForma does not publish a company-wide rate.

Is this employee work or freelance?

Freelance/independent contributor work — OneForma's own language consistently refers to 'contributors' and 'community members', never employees.

What kind of projects does OneForma run?

Six official categories: Annotation, Transcription, Judging, Data Collection, Translation, and LLM Prompt Authoring. At the time of research, open listings existed in Annotation, Transcription, Judging, and Data Collection; Translation and LLM Prompt Authoring had no open listings to verify against.

Can I apply from India?

Not confirmed either way from the listings we checked — most say 'Worldwide' or 'Selected Locations' with the exact country list gated behind each project's own locale picker. Two of the nine sampled listings were explicitly US-only (medical/radiology projects).

What equipment do I need?

Varies by project — the Lighthouse QA role specifically asks for a laptop or PC, phone, and headset, plus Microsoft Office 365 familiarity. Other projects only mention 'a computer and stable internet connection' without further detail.

Does TTA Academy have an official partnership with OneForma?

No. This page is independent research compiled from OneForma's own public site for informational purposes — TTA Academy is not affiliated with or endorsed by OneForma.

Project Meteor — AI Response & Rubric Evaluation — OneForma

Last verified: 1 August 2026 · Source: oneforma.com/jobs/meteor/

Quick take (TTA Academy's own assessment — not a OneForma claim)

Difficulty: Intermediate
Best suited for: Career Switchers, Experienced Freelancers
Who should avoid it: non-native speakers of the project language, or anyone with no familiarity at all with medical/financial/legal topics
English level needed: Native-level fluency in the project language
Weekly time commitment: Not stated on this listing

What is this project?

You're reviewing and improving AI-generated "golden responses" — the reference answers used to train and grade AI models — along with the evaluation rubrics used to score them. The specific goal called out in the listing: catching and correcting "critical (P0)" errors, i.e. the most serious class of mistake.

What would I actually do day to day?

Review AI-generated reference answers for quality and accuracy.
Evaluate and improve the rubrics used to grade those answers.
Identify and fix critical (P0) issues.
Work across both open-ended and close-ended evaluation tasks, following detailed guidelines.

Requirements

Native-level fluency in one of the project languages.
Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
Basic familiarity with medical, financial, and legal topics — the listing calls this out specifically, suggesting some content spans regulated/technical subject matter.
Reliable internet connection.

Is there an exam?

Not described on this listing. OneForma's general certification process likely applies, but this page doesn't restate it.

Pay

Not publicly disclosed. Listed only as "Fixed Rate Per Hour" with no number shown on the public page.

Who should apply

Detail-oriented native speakers who enjoy analytical work — reading carefully, catching subtle errors, and improving how quality is measured, rather than producing original content themselves.

How to prepare

TTA Academy's Prompt Engineering Masterclass overlaps well with this role — understanding what makes a prompt/response pair good or bad is core to both (TTA Academy's own recommendation).
