Exam PreparationCrowdGen Qualification Tests for Long-Term Projects Explained
Read guideThese mistakes come directly from CrowdGen's own stated structure and policies.
Mistake 1: Assuming Every Listing Is Remote
As covered in our [dedicated comparison](/articles/crowdgen-remote-vs-onsite), CrowdGen mixes remote and in-person projects on the same page. Read each listing's location requirement carefully.
Mistake 2: An Incomplete Profile
CrowdGen explicitly states profile completeness (age, gender, location, languages, skills) drives project matching. A thin profile limits which projects you're even considered for.
Mistake 3: Skipping the Qualification Study Guide
For long-term projects requiring a qualification test, CrowdGen provides study guides. Attempting the test without reviewing them is an avoidable mistake.
Mistake 4: Paying an 'Upfront Fee'
Final Thoughts
Most CrowdGen mistakes come down to not reading a listing's specific location requirement, or not investing in a complete profile — both are easy to fix.
