What the Role Involves

You transcribe and annotate long-form (30–60+ minute) podcast recordings — speaker labeling, timestamped segmentation, and audio-quality flagging — to help train and evaluate voice recognition models.

Required Skills

Strong listening skills and excellent attention to detail, previous transcription or speech-annotation experience, native or near-native fluency in the target language/locale (your specific country and language combination, like ‘English (India)’), and access to a computer with stable internet.

How Work Is Released

Tasks are released weekly, first-come first-served, per locale/batch — so checking in regularly matters as much as raw skill once you're accepted.

Who This Actually Suits

Experienced freelancers who already have real transcription or speech-annotation work behind them. If you've never transcribed audio professionally before, building that experience elsewhere first is the honest path in.
