Remote JobsTELUS Digital Ads Assessor (Hindi): Requirements, Pay & Exam Guide
Read guideOne of the most common questions about TELUS Digital's AI Community is simply: how much does it actually pay? Here's every rate we could directly verify, with no estimates presented as fact.
Pay by Role, at a Glance
Personalized Internet Ads Assessor (Hindi/English): ~$3.50/hour, task-based. Prompt-Response Writer: $10/hour. PhD Data Partner: $12–$15/hour. Technical/AI Logic Specialist roles: ~$20–$25/hour (title/pay confirmed on the careers board; full requirements not individually verified). Voice & Audio Data Collection: roughly $6/hour up to flat fees of $12.50, $20, or $41.25 depending on the language variant.
Why Pay Varies So Much
TELUS Digital does not publish one company-wide rate, because the roles genuinely aren't comparable — a no-experience ad-rating task and a PhD-level reasoning role are different jobs, not different pay grades of the same job. Pay tracks the real skill/credential bar of each specific role.
Hourly vs. Task-Based Pay
It's worth understanding that the Ads Assessor rate is explicitly task-based, not a guaranteed hourly wage — TELUS Digital states pay is 'based on completed tasks, with the potential for higher earnings based on productivity.' The $3.50/hour figure is their own estimate, not a floor. The Prompt-Response Writer and PhD Data Partner tiers are stated as straightforward hourly rates.
How and When You're Paid
Payment runs through TELUS's Hyperwallet (the payment company TELUS Digital uses to send your earnings)-powered Pay Portal (an online dashboard where your earnings are held before you withdraw them), via bank transfer or PayPal depending on your country and program. Earnings sit in the portal until you withdraw — PayPal withdrawals are described as arriving within about 30 minutes, and you can schedule automatic transfers daily or monthly.
What We Couldn't Confirm
Final Thoughts
TELUS Digital's real pay range is wide — roughly $3.50 to $41.25 depending on the specific role and its own pay structure. Pick the tier that matches your actual qualifications rather than chasing the highest number without meeting its bar.
