Who Owns OneForma? The Pactera EDGE / Centific Connection Explained

If you've researched OneForma, you may have also seen the names Pactera EDGE and Centific mentioned as its parent company. This article exists specifically to be honest about what's actually confirmed versus what's reported secondhand.

Why This Question Comes Up

OneForma's own website has no About or Company page — nowhere on oneforma.com does the site name a parent company. That gap is exactly why third-party sources have stepped in to fill the question, with varying reliability.

What's Officially Confirmed

Directly from OneForma's own site: it's a crowdsourced contributor platform with its own certification process, project listings, and payment system (Tipalti (an online payment platform some companies use to pay freelancers worldwide), Payoneer (a popular international payment service for receiving freelance earnings), PayPal). That's the platform you're actually joining and getting paid through, regardless of who owns it.

What's Reported but NOT Officially Confirmed

Why This Matters for You

Practically, it doesn't change how you apply or get paid — you interact with oneforma.com directly either way. It matters mainly if you're trying to cross-reference reviews, LinkedIn pages, or other information under the 'Centific' or 'Pactera EDGE' name and want to know why those names keep appearing alongside OneForma.

Final Thoughts

OneForma, Pactera EDGE, and Centific are treated as one ecosystem in how TTA Academy organizes this content, but we want to be clear: the corporate lineage connecting them comes from third-party sources, not OneForma's own statements. What is fully verified is the OneForma platform itself — its process, projects, and payment system — which is what actually matters for your application.
