Vendor Guides10 Vendor Qualification Tips That Actually Work
Read guideMap Evaluation is a niche but stable remote track that TTA ACADEMY has been training learners for since 2024. Evaluators verify the accuracy of Points of Interest (POI), addresses and business categorisation for mapping platforms.
What Does a Map Evaluator Do?
Evaluators compare map data against public sources — often the business’s official website, licensed directories, and local information — to confirm whether a POI is correctly represented.
Quality Expectations
Most projects require ≥95% accuracy scores across sample audits, careful use of vendor rating tools, and adherence to strict guideline updates that are released periodically.
How TTA ACADEMY Prepares Learners
Our Map Evaluation program walks learners through the current vendor guidelines, structured practice tasks, and calibration checkpoints before they attempt any qualification exam.
