Well-known third-party vendors that historically hire for search-evaluation-style tasks include TELUS Digital (formerly Lionbridge AI), Appen, Welocalize, RWS, and Outlier. Vendor names, projects and hiring availability change frequently based on client demand and country.
How the Qualification Process Works
Most vendors require you to (1) create an account on their platform, (2) complete a language/country screening, (3) study project-specific guidelines, and (4) pass a graded qualification exam. Some projects have multiple exam parts and a limited number of retakes.
